MISSION DEPARTMENT

At Allen Temple COGIC, our Missions Department is dedicated to being the hands and feet of Jesus, serving those in need with love and compassion. We are committed to feeding the hungry, clothing the needy, and offering hope to the hurting.
Through outreach programs, community support, and acts of kindness, we strive to share God’s love beyond the church walls. Whether it's providing shelter assistance, visiting the sick, or supporting those in crisis, we are here to make a difference.

Children's Ministry

Learn to empower your children through Christ. We are endowed with the experience to teach the children of our parish. Our kids ministry effectively gets children ready for holy communion and teaches them the foundation of our faith. Allow your children to walk hand in hand with God.

Women & Men's Ministry

Are you looking to seek meaning with God in your life? We offer spiritual and emotional enrichment to your life. Our women's group meets three times a month. We speak about several women's topics in our community. Open to all the women in our parish.

Worship

Do you want God to bring more meaning to you and your family? Perhaps you are in need of a positive change in your life. Our worship group meets every Sunday along with weekly prayer services. We worship and study God so he can shape us into the people we want to be.

Community Outreach


Our greatest advantage as a Church is our connection to the local community. Our Church strives to make a positive impact on as many individuals and families throughout our parish, even beyond our doors. We organize many community events such as harvest festivals, local town clean ups and help the less fortunate.  Make a difference and join us today.
